Entry #2 - The verdict is in
I am sharing this just in case one of you is where I am. Journible progress in 1 Peter is slow but the Lord is taking me deeper. After two days of pondering 1 Peter 1:1-2 and asking if I am a bond slave of Christ, the verdict is:
I am a wanna be bond slave of Christ.
I am far too aware and focused on my own feelings and needs to be called a bond slave. Oh Lord, help me. Develop in me a love for you that causes me to be obedient in all things. Your will be done. Your joy my strength.
